SUMmOn Quickstart
A typical SUMmOn analysis consists of two main steps. In the first step, the data acquired by the MS instrument is analyzed, and results are saved into an XML file. In the second step, the XML file is viewed and critically evaluated by the investigator. This task is facilitated by an interactive user interface (UI).
If you are new to SUMmOn, the Quickstart section should provide you with all the information you need to get up and running in no time.
